AFTER DOING SO, I WOULD GO HOME, WITH MY METABOLIC RATE SKY HIGH, I WOULD WAKE UP HAVING WET THE BED SHEETS WITH SWEAT STILL POURING OUT FROM MY BODY. 4 HOURS OF THIS AND I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO WORK AT UPS NEXT DAY AIR IN MANHATTAN WHERE I WOULD UNLOAD THE TRUCKS. UPS NEXT DAY AIR WAS KNOWN AS THE MOST INTENSE OF WORKING ENVIRONMENTS IN EXISTENCE WHERE THE FOREMAN WOULD REPEATEDLY SCREAM AT THE GUYS... " PUMP IT OUT " !!!!!
